Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you're not happy, we're not happy! At YottaKilo, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!
Read our policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!
- All returns and exchange packages must be received back with original packing within 7 days of the date your order has been delivered. For international orders, packages must be received within 15 days of the date you received your order.
- Returns and exchange are processed within 5-7 business days after we received the return package.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (U.S.) customers.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern (same price item). We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
The following items are non-refundable (exchangeable):
- Returns received after 7 days of the original order received date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Free gifts
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
